Pilot Freeze Dryer SPFD-C19 is a hydraulic top-press model with a 0.5 m² drying area and 5 L bulk capacity, operating on a three-phase power supply. Our pilot freeze dryer features a transparent acrylic door for full visibility of the freeze-drying process. A colour LCD touchscreen displays freeze-drying curves and automatically records process data. Both pre-freezing and drying are fully automated, with slope-controlled heating and cooling for stable shelf temperature. It is used for pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
