Frequently Asked Questions

It features a high-performance condenser capable of handling 6 kg per batch of ice capture. The condenser reaches temperatures of below -70°C, which helps in efficient moisture removal from the product. The condenser’s performance is optimized for rapid freezing and moisture retention during the drying process.

It is used for freeze-drying (lyophilization), which removes moisture from materials under vacuum while preserving their structure and extending their shelf life. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, food and beverage, cosmetics, chemicals, and research laboratories. It is ideal for pilot-scale production, formulation testing, and small-batch production in these fields.

It operates on a single-phase power supply of 220V/50Hz. This makes it suitable for a wide range of laboratory environments where typical power configurations are available.

It includes real-time alarm displays that notify users of any issues during the freeze-drying process, such as temperature fluctuations or pressure inconsistencies. This ensures that users can address potential problems before they affect the quality of the samples.

It is designed for easy maintenance with features such as a stainless steel 304 chamber, which is durable and easy to clean. The system also includes electric defrosting, making it easier to clear ice buildup from the condenser, ensuring continued optimal performance between batches. Regular maintenance checks are recommended to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
